There should be an "Avamar 7.5 for Client Upgrades" in the "Full Release" section.

Or maybe they are only visible for DellEMC internal and Partners (although they usually have a key icon for the download)

Then you use the Avamar installer to upload the AVP file and then install it. Then the client packages show up in the web interface.
