I would like to know how Av servers licencing effected when its moved from one DC to another?

I have  3 AV servers and all of them are VMs  we are using third party antivirus McCafe for scanning .they all are identified with IPs under the viruschck.config file.Now when I moving these servers to other location and assigning them a differnt IP, how is the Mccafe licensing affected ( if there is any effect in some way). There are few other application dependent on it , so i want to make sure nothing is impacted in wrong way..
