Hi,

system pools "extend" automatically.

As soon as they see unused dvols of the same type these become eligible for use in that pool.

When the pool needs them they are "claimed" and put into the pool.

you will see this when you do a "nas_pool -size " - the potential_mb value is the dvols that havent been used by the pool yet

To rescan storage systems for additional disks:

1.Select Celerras > [Celerra_name] > Storage > Systems.
The "Storage: Storage Systems page" appears.

2.Click Rescan.
3.In the Confirm Rescan page, click OK.
The rescan begins and may take several minutes to complete

Nope i don't see them in the disk list.... is there any way we can rescan the new disks in GUI or we need to use CMD line to scan the new disks.

are the new LUNs recognized at all by the Celerra? do you see them in the disks list of the GUI or with nas_disk -l ?
