The data mover panicked and we were told that a MAC OS 10.7 caused this issue and we were told there is a patch for this issue. We are running version 5.6.51-3
Has anyone had this issue and applied the patch? Did this resolve your issue?
The horrible thing is that EMC support in Bangalore doesn't seem to know about this. We escalated to US-local support after 2 panick sessions. Whatever patch or flare code was applied by EMC support seems to have fixed this issue.
emc support is installing the patch just now on our celerras.....today i've been waked up by a call about a datamover pancik on our celerras...(has been in panick the primary first and the standby after)....i really hated Apple for this...
