We have a NS80 5.6.47 with 2 CX's (340, 380) and we have dedicated pools for the LUNs from each of these clariions. The CX340 box is maxed out on disks and that 340-pool is almost getting full. I know that we can add disks from the 380 box to 340-Pool and expand it. But is that a good practice and is there any performance impact on the filesystems created out of 340-pool? I dont assume since 380 is a high-end model. But would like to know your thoughts.

I could have moved filesystems from CX340 pool to CX380 pool, but it replications to DR box and the filesystems are too big (8TB) and also have stub files and moving that to a different pool is going to be messy and recreating replication to DR to push 8TB again is another pain.
