Please take a look at the "Using International Character Sets with EMC Celerra" Document specific to your DART version, available on Powerlink or your Documentation CD.
You need to be careful while enabling unicode on a production box and plan accordingly. Please note that the /nas/sbin/uc_config -on command does not convert existing file or directory names when upgrading a Celerra Network Server that supports non-ASCII characters. To convert existing files and directories to Unicode, you need to follow the steps manually.
If needed, please open a case with EMC support team, who can help and guide you accordingly.
