How do I create symbolic (junction points) links within the Celerra?

I'm sold on Symbolic Links since I've configured a solution that really isn't supported by EMC, as follows:

Staging (NMFS)

---------- Staging1 (FS1)

-------------------- Other (FS2)

-------------------- Productions (FS3)

I'm after the following:

Staging (NMFS)

---------- Staging (FS1)

---------- Staging (FS1)\Other  => Symbolic Link to FS2

---------- Staging (FS1)\Productions => Symbolic Link to FS3

---------- Other (FS2)

---------- Productions (FS3)

I believe there are a couple of parameters I need to configure within the Virtual Data Mover (VDM). Plus, some commands in order to create the Symbolic Links.

If this works, are there any additional steps required from an end user perspective?

Any help will greatly be appreciated.
