instead of pre-creating computer account, let Celerra create the account for you during the joining process ( as long as you are using account that has AD rights to do so)
I was searching for the server_log file, but once I figured out that it was a command, it showed me that there was a "time skew." Once I set the NTP server on the data mover, I had success.

Thanks for your reply.
I have tried it both ways. I am using a member of the Domain Admins group. I get "failed to complete command."
Any other ideas?
