if you have checkpoints enabled on the filesystem, you can restore from a valid checkpoint. If not, you have to restore from your tape backups.

and if i have not tape backup, i cann't restore?

correct - no checkpoints, no tape backup, and no manually copied to elsewhere - then no restore.
