Shared up

I have a celerra we are trying to migrate a series of shares to.

When I run Sharedup from a command window I literally get nothing.. no error, no success

I have tried multiple switches commands etc.

I guess my questions are pretty simple:

Should I be running this from a workstation or does it have to be on the source server?

If my source server is \\xfiles and I want to copy all share to a new Cifs server called \\xfiles2 what would the command look like?

xfiles is the current file server

xfiles2 is a CIFs server on an NS120 under a VDM with a filesystem called CIFS1 mounted to it
