Support agreement with EMC if i setup a cron job?
Since Celerra is an appliance, if i setting up a cron job, does it break the support agreement with EMC?

as long as it does not interfere with Control Station operation. Make sure to backup your scripts before dart upgrade as your data on CS may get wiped.
