We've just had a new Centera Gen 4 LP installed. Unfortunately we are unable to use Centera viewer to connect to it.

On further investigation the Centera access nodes appear to be listening on port 3218 but not 3682 which is used for the management utilities.

There is no firewall in the way so we can't figure out what the problem is. Neither can the engineers who installed it so they have gone away to do more research.

I just wondered if anyone had come across this before?
