Centera Console 2.3 - nothing returned for historic performance.
Hello
I am using Centera Console to monitor and report on our estate. I am attempting to use the Cluster capacity option under Performance to try and do some capacity planning. I select Historic and the relevent options for the cluster I want, the java process bar appears and looks like it is producing the information and then it disappears nothing appears in the graph. I had (out of sheer luck I reckon) a one line graph appear once but since then it won't show.
I have restarted the Tomcat service on the console server but this has no effect. Any ideas would be welcomed. The Console has been in place for over 8 months now and the Centera clusters are configured to report into the console.
Thanks

No one else had issues then with the reporting not working in the Centera Console? Is there a better tool out there that will provide a historic report on the data usage on a Centera Gen4 (apart from ECC)

I have just come across your question and the we've developed a tool that fits your requirements perfectly.
The automonitor tool offers the customer a complete report of system status, compliancy and configuration setting verification and utilisation reports and trends on both GB and Object count.
