CentraStar 3.1 Regenerations stuck

Hi,

I have a customer who has a Centera cluster running CentraStar 3.1

They had a disk failure 51 days ago and regenerations have been running since then.

I need to replac ethe disk but it appears that the Regens are stuck.

I have a process for stuck regens on C* 4.0 and above but cannot find anything on C* 3.1.

Is it possible to get these "unstuck" in order that the disk can be replaced?

Any thoughts or ideas would be much appreciated.
