If I try XAM_SetInt, I get 1013 (xam/field not found)

If I try XAM_CreateInt, I get 1010 (xam/invalid field name)

This is regardless of whether I set this on the XSystem handle or XAM_LIBRARY_HANDLE. The VIM docs state it should be on the library handle.

Suggestions?
