AX100SC Write cache still disabled!

Hi all,
first let me admit I am not the most clued up guy in terms of EMC hardware, but have had an AX100 SC install dumped in my lap! All seemed to go according to plan, except that I cannot get the write cache to enable. I have replaced the cache card, rebooted the unit, and ensured that I have green check boxes against the list of components. Nothing seems to be wrong other than I have one unregistered connection that isn't required (haven't registered it to remove it!). What am I missing? The box was brand new, connected via a switch, virtual disk presented to the server running 2003 Server. HELP!!!

Make sure the BBCM version is latest , if you have A05 or A07 you may face the issue having the write cache disable, and if you have latest A09 and still disable, please reseat it and if that does not work, order a new A07 or A09
