Cannot add registered hosts to storage group

Question

I'm adding 3 new AIX hosts on a CX3-80 running flare 26. All hosts are registered and logged in and hosts see LUNZ devices. When trying to connect hosts to storage group, they do not appear in the list. What could the problem be? I've tried resetting the managememnt server on the CX and still nothing.

were systems built from cd or restored using mksysb ?

You don't already have these hosts in another Storage Group by any change?

Are they showing as both "Registered" and "Logged in" on the connection screen?

Also verify that the links are not showing in "Management mode" for some reason which could prevent you from assigning them.
