Cannot upgrade from Navisphere Express to Navisphere Manager
Hi,
I have a new clariion AX4-5 storage system (DPE + 1 DAE) . I'm currently using Navisphere Express and I would like to upgrade to Navisphere Manager.
as recommended by everyone .. I tried to install the Expansion Tier enabler from the CD that we received with the Storage System.
but it's saying : :The specified software package is already installed."
When I click "Sotware" in Navisphere Express" , it lists the following

I'm still unable to get the navisphere Manager working...
Is there any other steps that i missed ??
Please advise ...

Yes, the ExpansionTier enabler is already loaded as seen in the list you pasted.
To convert from Navisphere Express to Navisphere Manager, you will need to load the "Navisphere Manager Enabler". It is a licensed feature though and will need an entitlement to obtain it.

Could you try downloading the same from Powerlink and try installing again. The link is given below.

Yes , we are contacting our supplier to resend the "Navisphere Manager Enabler" CD.
It seems there was a mistake in the delivery , as we received a duplicate "ExpansionTier enabler" CD instead of the the correct "Navisphere Manager Enabler" CD.

Remember to change your registration on PowerLink to update the array from NaviExpress to Navisphere Manager - it will allow you to see those items (software updates, etc) that are part of the Navipshere Manager.
