Clariion Software
As a re-seller we have just received a large quantity of Clariion EMC devices and Software. The biggest problem is that they all arrived seperated. Is there any way or is there someone I can contact to help identify the Software. I have the Part Numbers from the individual packs on file and can email it if necessary.

When you say seperated, are you saying that the equipment is seperated and you dont know what connects to what or are you trying to match the software packets with hardware items?
If you got some of the software in the blue EMC packages, theya re more than likely out of date and depending on your powerlink access level, you can downlaod just about everything you need.
Now for the hardware, it all depends on what you have. Most of the newer (CX3 & CX4) Clariion arrays must have the SPE (Storage processor enclosure) and the DAE-OS (Chassis of drives that holds the SAN operating system) together. they are a seeded pair. you cant switch thema round without some EMC tech support interation.

As an EMC reseller this isn't the right forum for that kind of issue. You should have channel contacts to sort out your orders and inventory.
