Yes, you have to have the Analyzer software installed. I don't believe snmp delivery is an option. There are two java jar utilities that come with Navisphere CLI that you can run from a host to download the performance file. This file contains the last 26 hours of performance stats. There's an option to to an extract to a .csv file, except that Flare 24 broke it and the columns don't align correctly any more.
