cx3-20 Service Processor's

Question

Hi

We have had an IT audit by External auditors and it has flagged up that both of our SP's for the cx3-20 are running an unsupported OS. I am assuming that they are picking up that the SP's are running an embedded version of windows XP (SP1 I believe).

Does anybody know of any way that we can upgrade this to Service pack 3. Is this possible? We have to comply with the results of this Audit so this could pose a problem.

There is no way to patch the OS that runs on the Clariion. It uses a striped down version .. Your best bet is to tell them it does matter what is running on the SP's .. EMC's Code
