CX4-120 / Connect to windows 2012
Hello Guys,
One of my client used to have a CX4-120 in production. But they decided to move to another stockage for the prod.
Today , they want to use the cx4-120 for storage on some windows server.
I can access unisphere and , i can see many Group RAID, And LUN. Also in the hosts tab, i can see my windows host.
for testing purpose, i use the assign storage to host wizard , i i assign a LUN to my windows server.
But when i Launch the icsci initiator on my windows server, i i enter the iscsi IQN but ... no storage.
any ideas ?

Hello spbest971,
It sounds like your iSCSI nic is not registered with your CX4-120. You will need to confirm in Unisphere that your nic is registered and online. In most cases that I have seen the nic can be registered, but it is not online. Here is the link to the EMC CLARiiON® CX4-120 Setup Guide I would double check that you have done all the steps as listed in the guide. The Guide is old however it is still relevant to setup and configuration.
