CX4 - Data logging options disabled
Hi!
I want to start data logging on the Clariion but there are some checkbox that are disabled.
The one I care is "Stop automatically after..." that is checked and disabled and I don't want to stop it.
Why is disabled ?
I'm emc with role administrator user.
Clariion: CX4-120
Flare: 4.28.000.5.706

You need to pay for it. EMC CE's and partners can extract analyzer files form the array without a license, but only for a limited amount of days as you can see. The output in encrypted, so you can't use them unless you pay for the enabler, which then makes analyzer produce unencrypted logs.

yep what RRR siad.
All that check box on the properties tab gives you when you dont have the enabler is stats on certain items. For instance, you can right click on a SP and select Statistics. Give it a few minutes and it will give you some stats.

Statistics logging was checked on array properties, I unchecked right now.
Navisphere Analyzer doesn't appear on Software installed. It's because of that ?
Is it free or pay ?

have you enabled statistics logging under array properties? And you have the Analyzer enabler installed?

You must have Statistic Logging enabled for the Statistics to show up on the Property pages/Statistics tab. This is true for both licensed and unlicensed Analyzer.
