Both are viable options. I use option 2 in general so if something goes wonky on the boot partiion (or something happens to my hardware configuration for the HBAs, I can still get in the Boot Partion to perform maintenance. Either is fine and both have pro's and con's Choose your posion and risk level.

you can't put hosts in multiple storage groups but you can put LUNs in multiple storage groups.

OK, I understood.
Therefore what is the best choice for me?
1-) I need a Storage Groups to each Hyper V (Server) only LUN boot and put all LUN share (VM servers) in each Storage Groups of my Hyper V.
2-) I should put my disks boot on Physical Server and create only one Storage Groups on Storage with all (Lun VM Servers).
Could you said me in your experience what is the best way for my problem.
Thanks
Fabricio
