How do I clear Enclosure SPS Issues in Navisphere?
I have replaced a faulty SPS in one of our boxes and the there is no error light on the back. I have also run several "Set test time" on the Standby SPS power supplies to no avail. I just want to know if there is anything else I can do to clear the errors in navisphere other than rebooting the SP's. Thanks in advance.

It’s saying there is a SPS that is faulted , which was replaced and the light on the back went from Amber to green again. It’s a disconnect between Navisphere and the actually physical hardware status (which is fine )

Is the SP actually showing any usage? If not, I would reboot the SP.

I have had this happen once, i had to exit out of navisphere and clear out the cache in the browser, and then when I went back in the error was gone.

sometimes you have to wait for the battery to charge or the sense cable from the SPS to the SP is loose - try reseating the cables at both ends.
