On PowerLInk, search in Support Solutions for emc245445 - this lists all the articles about iSCSI. Then see emc156408 - this provides the best practice for configuring the array and hosts for iSCSI. If you're using Windows or ESX - also look for the articles about "TCP Delayed ACK" - this should be disabled on all host operating systems.
Each EMC Host Connectivity Guide for the different operating systems have a section for iSCSI. On PowerLink, you can Find this under Home > Support > Technical Documentation and Advisories > Host Connectivity/HBAs > Installation/Configuration.
For iSCSI on the CLARiiON arrays, we recommend that you do not use 192.168.1.x subnet. THese are used internally and may cause issues.
When you "discover" the array you only need to use one of the IP arrays from the iSCSI ports on the array - the discovery process should then find all the iSCSI IP's on the that array - you do not normally need to supply all of the array's iSCSI IP addresses.
I would recommend you to download and install the Unisphere Server Utility, using which you can configure iSCSI connectivity easily, when you have four paths, you need to ensure that all the fours paths are logged in so that it can see the target. you can see all the iSCSI paths using Unisphere Server Utility with their status.
Since you are using MPIO, it would take care which path to use.
