Navisphere Host Agent/CLI Download Issue
I am having an issue finding where the CLARiiON Navisphere Host Agent / CLI (for Linux) is located on powerlink. I ran the Customer CLARiiONPG and have been following the steps in the report to attach a ES server to our CX3-40, but I have run in to an issue when trying download the CLARiiON Navisphere Host Agent / CLI. The report says to go to
"Support > Softwaer Downloads and Licensing, and navaigate toe the CLARiiON Navisphere Host Agent / CLI download section for Linux."
But I have not been able to find it there. When I try just seachering on the site I only find things dating back to 2003. The closest thing I have been able to come up with is CLARiiON Utility Kit for Linux Systems with PowerPath Software Downloads, but I do not think that is what I am meant to install at this point.
I am not sure if it is just that I am not use to navigating the Powerlink site, or if the program I am looking for has been re-named.

When a user logs on to Powerlink, Powerlink queries the contracts database to look up contract information for sites that the customer's account is linked to. Powerlink gives the user permission/entitlement to selected download sections based on what software products are covered under a active maintenance contracts for those sites.
If a customer does not have access to a particular software download area, it is usually caused by :
The customer is not being registered for the site(s) that have the products on the site contract.
Their site contract does not show the product(s) with a valid maintenance contract.
---------------------------------------------------
To obtain help on using Powerlink, you can use the feedback options on the Powerlink site or you can send an email directly:
ESDS@emc.com for assistance with any problems/issues with software registration, software downloads, and documentation access.
powerlink@emc.com for issues related to access to the Powerlink system in general including partner access.
support@emc.com for questions related to other eServices such as WebSupport, eLab, Issue Tracker, and the like.
licensing@emc.com for questions or issues related to software product licenses.
For Powerlink issues that require immediate support contact EMC Support at 1-800-SVC-4EMC (1-800-762-4362).
How to check registration:
To check if the customer is registered or what is on the contract, the customer can navigate to the Register Sites page on Powerlink:
Home > Support > Software Downloads and Licensing > Register Your Software Sites
Towards the bottom of the page it will state the Site IDs that the customer is registered for.
You are currently registered for the following Site IDs:
1. 123456789
2. 987654321
Input Site Numbers: [ ]
If this does not list any Site IDs, the customer is not registered for any sites and should Input their Site ID to register. (Users can only register for company Site ID when they are logged in to Powerlink using their company Email. Different/preferred Email addresses can be set up within Preferences.)
How to register software sites:
To register software, navigate to:
Home > Support > Software Downloads and Licensing > Register your Software Sites
Enter the product title in the input field (even though it says "Input Site Numbers") and the information will be sent to the ESDS team to see if the site is entitled. If so, it will add the account.
