NTP Time Synchronization Failed - No Reply

With reference to the block portion of the array, it suggests that either SP A, SP B, or both are unable to reach the specified NTP server via the management interface(s).  Can you first verify that the specified NTP server is still valid.

1) If you are using Navisphere Manager, the NTP setting (which is a domain setting) is available from the following location:

File -> Setup Domain -> NTP

2) If you are using Unisphere

Domains -> Setup NTP

Just curious, is this a unified platform?  Does it also include a Control Station and data movers?

I have checked the NTP Server IP Addresses and those are proper.

We have CX4-480 with 2 Datamovers and 1 Control Station.

I have restarted NTP Settings but still it is giving same error.

Monitoring is managed by EMC Celerra (Control Station) or EMC CLARiiON?!
