Cannot perform defragment on CX3-40

We have a cx3-40F that I want to run a defrag on some RG's. FLARE 3.26.

I ma in Engineering Mode, but when I right click, there is no Configure option to let me start the defrag process.

I have checked and the RG properties have all Medium defrag speed, but there is no place where I can begin the defrag. Any ideas?

Weird thing is...I dont have a Partition tab.

I can see General (where the defrag speed has been set) and the Disks tab. Thats it.

Question: Why are some some storage system properties tabs missing from Navisphere Manager GUI?
Environment: Application SW: Java JRE 1.6.0 Update 19 and later
Environment: Application SW: Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 1.6.x
Environment: EMC SW: Navisphere 6.X
Problem: The Partitions tab is missing from RAID Group Properties in Navisphere GUI.
Problem: Some Array Properties tabs are missing in Navisphere Manager GUI.
Problem: Warning: Java has discovered application components that could indicate a security concern.
Root Cause: The issue occurs because EMC did not sign a Jar file used to display certain Navisphere GUI dialogs such as RaidGroupProperties Partitions tab and certain other displayed properties tabs. From JRE version 1.6.0 update 19 onwards, Java introduced a new security change where in if an application contained both signed and unsigned Jar files, would display a warning indicating that not all the Jars provided by the application are signed and would caution the user on this regard. If users see this pop up dialog while running Navisphere application, selecting not to unblock the unsigned Jar file (by selecting “No”) would allow them to continue using the applications features. If they select “Yes,” it would lead to certain features in the application not being presented to the user and could cause unexpected application behavior.
Fix:

Workaround 1

When the Warning Security Pop up appears select "No" to allow all unsigned Jar files to be displayed when object Properties are selected.

Workaround 2

This can be avoided by users using a JRE version less than 1.6.0_19.

Notes: Tabs that may be missing if the  "Yes" option is selected when Java warning appears:

Array Properties: Memory, Storage Access, Software

RAID Group: Partitions
