Unisphere + LDAP
Hi !
I was using LDAP authentication with Navisphere.
I recently updated to Unisphere (Flare 30) and since that moment I can't login with LDAP.
The settings are there, just like it was in Navisphere, but when I try to login (I check "Use LDAP") it says "Authentication fail".
What could it be the problem ?
Thank you!
Mariano.

Mariano,
I am assuming you are using this at the domain level. I would look at the LDAP Certificate and/or re-import it. You can also try to re-synchronize the system with the LDAP. If that does not work, I would look at re-creating the LDAP service connection.

I imported a certificate from LDAP Server into de Clariion and after that started to work.

Mariano.

Hi, I'm trying to get this authentication setup but haven't found any information about what the certificate needs to contain to ask from my AD admin. Can anyone shed light onto this for me?

I didn't generated the certificate because it's not my sector.
All I know is that the certificate is a file with extension ".crt" and inside has the RSA key, Valid from-to, Issuer, etc.
The LDAP/AD administrator should know how to create one.
