Leap Snap Vs Captiva Tool Kit

I have just heard about Leap Snap which is basically a Web based capturing tool kit, now my curosity is how does it different from Captiva Web based tool kit and if it already using Captiva features and why EMC is selling another Cloud based capturing solution as Snap which is not different than Captiva
