Hi,

I've been working all this time with support, and the solution was, upgrade my unity microcode, and the create manually the DHSM connections. Once the DHSM connections were created manually, the task work fine.

Thanks.

Hello,

When you mention NFS migrations, are you trying to create an Archive task with an NFS file system as source? If so, have you provided the CTA access to the NFS export? Reference the CTA User Guide, page 56 for the list of requirements and steps to follow.

Hi Kenneth ,

Yes, I am trying to  create an Archive task with an NFS file system as source, and I already have all the prerequisites for using Unity as an archive source. In fact, I am executing archive task with CIFS as a source, and those task works fine, my problem is when I want execute archive task with NFS.

Hello,

Reference the error: (ERROR) Unable to create DHSM connection on unity server "manizales-ga1". Error: The specified URL is invalid. It must start with http:// and cannot contain a port number.

Are you using the same bucket for the NFS task as the SMB one? Make sure that the configuration provided follows the requirements given in the CTA User Guide, page 56.

Hi,

Yes I am using the same bucket, because in the User Guide no mention that I should use different bucket :(, Should I create a different bucket? .

I double checked the prerequisites and these was applied.

Hello,

You can try a new bucket. Make sure that the bucket supports Signature Version 2 or 4. CTA will negotiate the version. See the AWS documentation: here
