Hello Myat,

What you can do is to power down your SCv2020 & remove the controllers and then remove the batteries from the controllers for about 15min.  Once that has been done then put the controllers back into your SCv2020 and power on & try to reset the system from the DSM again.  Here are the steps to reset from DSM just in case you need them. https://www.dell.com/storagehelp/dellstorageclient/2016R3.10/en-US/GUID-0AE3C913-539D-42B0-BFC7-8B875E2DCD1F.html
