Good afternoon I am wondering what might cause a Dell hard drive to have its attribute 120 DriveLine show up as 1 (0) Unknown, instead of EnterprisePlus? Getting the error "system is unable to accept disk....with serial....and Dell part number xxxxx because disk drive line Unknown is not compatible with system service."

currently trying the drive in SCV2020 controller running SCOS 7.4.21

drive is

1.2tb 10k 2.5" 12gb

FW: TE0C

RWV5D

 

I have tried setting the DriveLine attribute manually but it seems to be only writable by system.  Any help would be appreciated.
