Hello Russ2018,
Which SC do you have as you didn’t state that in your post. What is the current SCOS version that is running on your SC as well?
Please let us know if you have any other questions.

If you are trying to do this on a FluidFS cluster follow the steps on page 552 of the of the Dell Storage Manager 2016 R3 Administrator’s Guide: Managing User Mappings Between Windows and UNIX/Linux Usershttps://topics-cdn.dell.com/pdf/storage-sc2000_administrator-guide_en-us.pdf
Or are you trying to configure this in your Dell SC or Dell Storage Manager? If you are what specific versions are you currently using?
