Compellent SCv3020 - Disk failed - Error to replace

Hello All, We have Dell Compellent SCv3020 and we have a problem disk failed in location 01-09. We have spare disks and we tried to replace the failed disk, but always in error, impossible to replace. The new disk is visible in external devices. We tried to delete the disk and currently unable to replace it in the disk slot. Waiting your help. Hary

Hello ALL, I have a same problèm with this. Anyone have a solution of this. I have not the item ADD Disk also. Thx for your help.
