Compellent Storage Center Alert
Hi All, One of my client has got alert message regarding temperature and they want to know what is this alert about. Does this alert impact the storage? I'm also not sure what is this alert about. Any help regarding this issue will be much helpful. Storage: SCv 3020 Alert Msg: Alert created on controller 'Removed by Moderator' for object [internal ref: 'Exhaust2 Temperature'] - [Exhaust2 Temperature]: Exhaust2 sensor is indicating lower warning temperature of 0.00 degrees Celsius

Can I get you to do a phone home from both controllers so that we can see what is going on? The last phone home that we are seeing is from over a month ago. Also, can you enable secure console so that we can look into you issue as well. The last phone home that we are seeing is from over a month ago. Also, can you enable secure console so that we can look into you issue discord music bots as well. Here is a link to shows how to enable secure console.

Hello Saru_Magar,
Looking at your logs we are seeing that power supply was turned off then was turned back on at 10:05 on March 28. We are also seeing that there were some other power issue about 9:55 on 3/28/2019. Was anyone in the rack moving cables or doing maintenance in the rack with the system?
We are not seeing any other issue after 10:05 about cooling issues or power issues after that.
