Converting from Legacy mode to Virtual Mode
Hello ,
I am not being able to convert from Legacy mode to Virtual Mode. My storage is a fresh one Scv 7020 and I am trying to move my fault domain from Legacy mode to the Virtual Mode but it is not allowing me and generating error

Hello Joshi_Sushant,
Are you doing this with the system in production or during an outage window? As making this change requires that the system be offline. I would also recommend that you contact support when doing this as I have seen cases where this don’t go as it should.

This one is a new storage.
I have taken support from Dell team looks like there is some issue with the buttom controller due to which I was not being able to convert it according to Dell team
