I came here looking for the exact same thing but i cannot find any information from Dell. We have a SC5020 and some RI SSDs that are in their 3rd year of service.

There is a bug in HPE branded SSD firmware that after 32768 of uptime the disk fails, this is a disaster if you have a bunch of SSDs that came online at the same time, you can potentially experience multiple SSD failures within a single day.

Need to know if Dell branded SSDs are affected by the same firmware bug.

I am going to open a support case with Co-Pilot and update this post once I know more.

I do have same experience with this news regarding HP SAS SSD firmware update alert, 'failure after 32768 hours'
Is there any official article from DELL regarding this matter?
