    Hello MNPSJake,

DSM-47484 is an internal article for us so that we can make the fix for the next release.

    Hi,

Do you know what the previous version it was working for you was? Just to make sure you are using an administrator account when logging in?

    Hello @dead kirill,

Would you be able to provide a video of the issue and upload in Youtube for us?

Have you check if the firmware requirement of the environment is met: https://dell.to/3uavl8z

my account on the computer is a member of the administrators group. my operating system is windows 10. I can make a video, but later. I do not think that it will clarify anything: it's just that nothing happens when choosing.

could you link to the 2019 version? for some reason it is not available to me in my personal account, only 2020.

    Hello @Teltonikas and @dead kirill ,

I have found out that it has been already reported (DSM-47484) and there is a plan to implenment fix in future release. For the time being the workarounds are: Use Dell Storage Manager Client 2019 Or Install DataCollector 2020 with DSM Client to use the tool.

    Regards.

    Thanks for the link!
is this scenario acceptable? Of course, I will use alternately, and not simultaneously.
log in from station #1, with DSM2019 installed and with a new, recently created, user with administrative rights.
Log in from station No. 2 with DSM2020 to use with a regular Admin account.

It so happened that the password for the "Admin" account was lost, but in DSM, on my computer, there is a "remember data" checkbox, so I get into the management program. Among other things, a separate user with administrator rights (admin_2) has been created. The question is, can I change the password of the built-in account "Admin" by logging in to DSM with the user admin_2?
