I seen this error on different customers sites this week. In both cases the Virtual Appliance with the inbuild MySQL DB(not supportet for production) is in used. They also notice some "slow" login/startup within the DSM.

The error went away after we reboot the DSM VA. If you than take a look into the usage for week/month you can see when the problem start because no startistics are collected during the time period.

I will ask my colleague has deployed storage center VA if we use the embeded DB.

I will see the impact of restart the DSM with external collector because I don't know the product
