Hello Jon,

What you can do is to call the Copolit support phone# and if you have you’re your Controller Serial# & enclosures Serial# or service tags then a support tech can verify the warranty status & replace the drive as long as system is still in warranty.  Here is the link to Compellent support. https://www.dell.com/support/contents/us/en/04/article/product-support/self-support-knowledgebase/dell-subsidiaries/compellent
