DSITV Web Plugin Error Creating new Datastore/Volume

Hi All,

We recently upgraded to 6.5u1g and re-installed DSITV appliance 4.1.2.001.

I am having an issue using the web client plugin and adding a new datastore.  I encounter an error at step 3a: Volume.  The "Select Volume Folder" is empty and the error prevents me from continuing.  Anyone else encounter this issue?

    Hello JG,

    I would recommend calling in to support and opening a case to work on this. I do not feel we can assist you in a timely manner in this forum.

    Follow up FYI for anyone else in my situation:  DSITV 4.1.2 web plug-in for vSphere 6.5 Web Client

    Support Engineer indicated that this is a known issue and that it will be fixed in a new release that will be released end of June (this month).

    Although I am sorry you hit this issue I am glad my colleagues were able to get an answer for you on this issue.

    I have the same problem. It's November and DSITV is still at 04.01.02.001. I'll open a new support call.

    I just spoke to a Master Engineer about the new DSITV plugin, and it is supposed to be released at the end of this month. That is the only information we currently have in support for this software.
