Emergency Mode.

Hello All, I am very new to SCV3020 storage. The storage is not renewed and we are trying to migrate all the data and place it on our upcoming new Unity 500 storage device. But the storage is stuck in emergency mode and I am not able to proceed any further. All disk are SAS disk and assigned to single Tier 1. The above storage profile shows that 99% utilized but there are a lot of Non-allocated space of around 40 TB. Here I can see a lot of free space in the volumes and non-allocated space but I am not able to access those volumes dues to emergency mode. There is a single snapshot created for both volumes but I can not even expire those volume. Upon clicking expire nothing responds back. The snapshot is still intact. I will  be very much grateful for any response. Thank You.

You should call Dell Support. They can take a look and assign some blocks to the allocated space. I have seen similar....on old SCOS versions. Regards,Joerg
