How do i access CloudIQ?
Hi, This seems more confusing than it should be but how do we gain access to CloudIQ. We've just purchased an SC5020 and it seem really difficult to get it registered. The SSO process goes around in circles. Any ideas anyone? Thanks,

Have you configured your Support assist yet for your SCv5020? Here is the link to the Administrator guide & if you look on page 711 it list out what needs to be configured before you can connect to CloudIQ. https://topics-cdn.dell.com/pdf/dell-storage-manager_administrator-guide3_en-us.pdf
