What are the Dell part# that are on the drives?  I want to check and make sure that the drives are Compellent drives? In most cases if a drive doesn’t have Compellent firmware on them they will not show up correctly in DSM.

You will need to return those drives as they don’t have the correct firmware on them to be read by your SCv2020.  Here is the correct Dell part# that should so on the drives for that size that will work in your SCv2020 DP/N: 3V8VC.
