Physical Size using Compellent Command Utility (CompCU.jar)

I'm currently creating an application that retrieves data from the Compellent SAN system through the Command Utility (CompCU.jar).

My requirement is grabbing the volumes information using the command "volume show".

However, I found out that it does not export the "physical size" information of the volumes. This part is very important because it has a significant difference from the "usage size".

This information is accurately shown in the Enterprise Manager.

Is there a way or different version that I could use to get this information? or is there any other tool that would retrieve that information in an automated manner? (e.g. Powershell)

Thank you very much.

We should have a Compellent Co-Pilot representative  present in the forums within the next 60-90 days. However, in the mean time you can contact Compellent via their phone number at 1-866-397-8673.

Where in Enterprise Manager are you seeing "physical size" ?

I am grabbing volume size information for a custom app using CompCU as well.

I grab Configured size, active size, and replay size.   To get the actual size, I just add up the active and replay.  Is that what you are looking for ?
