Replace controller SC7020F
Hi everyone!
I have SC7020F with expire technical support. Our company is going to use it at test environment.
I want to plan what to do in case of failure controller. Can I buy used controller at marketplace such ebay, amazon or other and just replace it? Or I'll must input some command by serial interface to reset it?
If any commands or any additional actions are required can you tell me about which ones?

You should be able to replace the controller, which you can find instructions outlined here on how to replace it.

What if I have contoller (not new, used) from another SC7020?
Must I clear configuration data from it? Or replacement procedure do all necessary actions itself?

Hmm I'm not a comppollent expert but I feel you may need to clear configuration data before putting it in the test system. But I'm not sure controller has a feature like automatically sync the configuration data to the new controller. One thing important to ensure that the firmware versions on both controllers are same.
