SAS Controller
I have my Dell EMC Power Vault ME4024 storage server & I Connected it to my PowerEdge R740 by Mini SAS Cable
but the problem is , when I restart the server it stuck while restarting .
I cannot figure out the issue ,please suggest
is that any driver issue ? I tried many drivers but cannot get out of it .

I've downloaded this firmware from dell support "SAS-Non-RAID_Firmware_WP87W_WN32_16.17.01.00_A10_03"
still not working stucked while restarting.

I have see this problem earlier with SCv2020 and 14Gen Server. After updating all FW and configure the setup the restart work. My work around was to pull the cable to get the server starting and than connecting it back.
Be sure that you Upgrade the rest of the FW also.

Upgrade the FW of your 12G SAS HBA.
