SC3020 Failed controllers, first selection, restart.
Hey,
The matrix has been restored to the factory settings when the top controller was turned off using the options in the panel. Currently, the lower controller has factory settings and the upper one has old settings. The matrix started only on the top controller (it has the old ip address) returns the message:
SC3020 Failed controllers, first selection, restart.
and
Startup of the controller has not completed.
--- Startup should have completed in 00000600 seconds, but it has not. Continuing to wait. ---
--- Consider using "sub show" to determine what subsystem is stuck.
How do I restore the top controller's factory settings?

SR# 988660924 Hello TomaszFBI,
When you started the restore to factory settings, were both controllers working or did one controller have an error? Why did you manually turn off the top controller during the restore? Have you tried to run the restore as you did on the lower controller to see if the restore will start or does it keep failing in the same spot?

During the restoration of factory settings, the top controller was turned off from the administration panel.
The bottom controller has been reset to factory settings and I turned it off. The upper one returns an error as above. It looks like the top controller has not been restored. It has static ip addresses. Should the bottom controller take the upper setting after switching on?
I can not log in to the top controller by default or set password.
